Basically, I need to set them up with something that does e-mail and calendaring and when changes are needed or new accounts are needed I don't have to do a site visit and touch each computer - or manage several types of e-mail clients.
I've been using Zimbra for a while and love it. All of my family uses the web client, but there is a desktop client that can be used for offline reading. It also allows you to configure each users web client from the admin console. It works well with all the major email clients. You have to upgrade to the pay version to get Outlook integration ala exchange, but we haven't seen the need to do it. Another one to look at is Scalix. The last time I used it you got 5-10 outlook clients for free in the community edition. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
