it's simple:
bugzilla, but only if you wish something you feel is missing.
else, no room for complaint.

I have already found a solution. It's not that, the problem.
The problem is opensuse dropping features.
If there are features missing that you wish, you must ask for them to be
added. They may have not been included on purpose or just missed and no
one as asked for them.
it's simple:
