Yes, that describes what I was seeing.
About 40 tabs, half a dozen other application/windows open.

Very slightly off topic here BUT

would someone please explain why on earth you need so many tabs open in a WEB
Browser 2 3 4 i can understand but 40 it makes no sense at all we are
after all talking about a WEB browser are we not ..

I don't see your point re "WEB". With my work, on average I have 4-6 windows
open, often with each having that many tabs open.
