I did, did his answer relate to that piece of information he asked for? No. 
Why not if he was genuinely interested and not just asking rhetorical 
questions to keep on trolling - you guys try too hard!

Who decides whether the argument or the judgement is poor? Is claiming that 
the maintainer of an application does not know the code logical or showing 
competence?

see above. Not reading the information one asked for and not relating to any 
of it when answering clearly indicates that one was not interested in the 
first place but just keeps on trolling.
