[opensuse] usb not finding TomTom

Hi .

Well another little ditty in 11.2 i was able to move files around to and
from my TomTom OneXL on 11.3 it shows up for a few seconds then just
vanishes .

If i plug it in and run lsusb it will show up

Bus 002 Device 011: ID 1390:0001 TOMTOM B.V. GO 520 T
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub



then a few seconds later it just vanishes
