How does one change the KDE4 desktop background to something that looks decent?
Click and drag any image to the desktop and see what happens

Not quite what I was expecting. I originally had the globe at night picture as my background. I dragged in a JPG file I had. I assumed it would become my static background. Now I have a slideshow of pictures from somewhere rotating through my desktop. I seem to get a new picture every 10 seconds. Is that what it was supposed to do? fyi: The new picture is one of the ones that displays. I'd guess about 10 total.
