You do not have libkde4-devel installed.

pin told me so ...

After installing that this is happening after issuing cmake
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=`kde4-config --prefix` ..

CMake Error at po/CMakeLists.txt:3 (MESSAGE):

pin msgmerge

Use http://packages.opensuse-community.org/ or the 'webpin' command.
Or use 'yast2 online_update' -> "Search" and activate at least
Search in
[X] File list
to find what packages contain a certain file.

Couldn't understand your instruction. Can you describe it furthermore, please?
