Hello folks,

Could somebody please recommend based on a personal experience
any good 802.11 b/g/n laptop WiFi ExpressCard which is working
with Linux (openSUSE 11.2+ ) right out of the box without configuration
head aches.

Hi,
when I go shopping for a laptop I go to the laptop store and use the
W*****s hardware list to look up which wireless card is installed in the
laptop.

Then I open a browser to www.google.com/linux on the laptop and type in
the wireless card name and model. Then I read up on whether or not that
wifi card is supported in linux and in the distribution that I want to
use, and to what degree it is supported.

That will give an idea how easy it is to get a particular laptop wifi
working.

Mark
