web page? Seriously? Konqueror is a web browser, you know :) But even in kde3, konqueror couldn't (technically speaking) do any of those things on its own. It was done through kparts, which were embedded into it. And as far as I can see, it still can. kparts haven't gone away, gwenview embeds itself quite nicely in konqueror on my system.
