Please, make sure that you have installed the package OpenOffice_org-kde4 in
KDE4. Also make sure that the check
box "Tools/Options.../OpenOffice.org/General/Use OpenOffice.org dialogs" is
disabled.

What I want to see is:

BTW: this is GNOME save dialog. It is provided by the package
OpenOffice_org-gnome and is visible only in GNOME.

Thank You Petr!

Installing OpenOffice_org-gnome and OpenOffice_org-kde seems to have
solved it.
(at least it did for gnome, I have checked kde yet, but I'll bet it's fixed).

Good to be with you my friend!
