Using VirtualBox, you can tweak your DMI BIOS settings:

And, using Vista Business, there seems to be no problem using the Lenovo OEM 
key with a standard installation CD in a VirtualBox machine. Nonetheless, 
without changing the DMI BIOS settings, I had to call Microsoft for 
reactivation.
