I am running a single microprocessor, a Pentium III, 11.2 KDE 4.41 and kernel 2.6.31.12-0.2-desktop. I had a longer blackout and as my UPS does not have a communication with the computer and nobody was close to the machine my system died. After reboot wit another blackout interfering ;( I found that it took an enormous time to get started. The first info on my monitor read "failed to get NUMA memory information from SRAT table doing fast boot" Googled and found out that NUMA is something used in systems with more than one microsystem. Why do I get this info, how can I get rid of it and how can I get my boot around four minutes faster. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
