Guys,

        I'm tying to do an update right now and a few of the mirrors are 
limited to
~3k/second. That's dial-up speed.  Further, transfers are stopping before they
are complete with the following errors:

        What's Up?

        All my other sites are full-speed. It's just download.opensuse.org
