Today I tried out the private browsing function and now all the saved passwords are gone.
Is there a way to restore it?
SuSE-brand :openSUSE ? VERSION = 11.1
I killed all firefox processes running and the passwords came back.
Or.... you could have simply stopped the private browsing function.
I had stopped the private browsing, and was back browsing at the previously opened tabs. When I tried to load another bookmark that required a login I noticed the saved passwords were missing.
You need to enter the master password again. Didn't Firefox ask you for it? Perhaps the window was hidden somewhere?
