 If by 'Factory KDE44 packages' you mean packages from 
KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop, then that repository itself includes the debug 
packages, if you mean openSUSE:Factory, then there's a separate debug which I 
think can be added from the Yast module (if not, look under 
http://download.opensuse.org/debug).

 If you run the application in gdb, it will give you the exact zypper commands 
to install anything that could be needed. I hope we will find the time to 
implement direct support for this in DrKonqi in time for 11.3.
