I have this problems sorta. While it does load on desktop 1, when I go
to desktop 3 (my Internet app desktop) It's there and then when I go to
the other desktops it does not show up on them. Only on the desktop it
should show up. So have you tried clicking onto the desktop it should be
on and then going back to desktop 1 and see if it's still there?

I've had this problem a few times, and after a few moments it seems to
shut down correctly on its own. Could it possibly be doing some caching
so it can remember your tabs and what not?
