Nah, sorry, but something is really going wrong here...

I posted the original of the above message at 2338 hrs  *my* local
Daylight Saving Time (East coast of Australia) [the original shows this
time in the Header].

The above copy of my message was received by me from my ISP at 2356
hours - I was looking at the clock - BUT the message header is showing
that it was received by me at 2338 hours - the same time it was posted/sent!

(My computer clock's time is synced by ntpd with the atomic clock at
boot time.)

So, who is playing silly buggers with messages? Thunderbird? My ISP?
Some "I spy with my little eye" filtering system on the internet?
