Hello: I would like to install an old Windows 98 application in wine. When I try to run wine INSTALL.EXE I get: err:dosmem:DOSMEM_MapDosLayout Need full access to the first megabyte for DOS mode I found at winehq forums that setting vm.mmap_min_addr=0 (by running /sbin/sysctl vm.mmap_min_addr=0) fixes this problem on ubuntu, but it have not had any effect on my system. (I've even added "vm.mmap_min_addr = 0" to /etc/sysctl.conf file and rebooted the computer.) I have openSUSE 11.2 and wine-1.1.28-2.3. Any idea on how I could fix this?
