My 30G iPod has stopped mounting. when I check dmesg I get the following message:
VFS: Can't find a valid FAT filesystem on dev sdb1
when I manually mount using
mount -t vfat /dev/sdb2 /mnt
It mounts perfectly telling me the filesystem on the device is fine. Something in hot plug maybe?
Read the message, it says that there is no valid FAT filsystem on *sdb1* but you are mouting *sdb2* manually. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
