If you want Flash to work you also have to see this page:Please be aware that the Chromium version delivered from the Contrib
http://en.opensuse.org/HOWTO_Install_Flash
For x86_64, you have to do:
$ su -
# cd /opt/google/chrome/
# mkdir plugins
# cd plugins
# ln -s /usr/lib64/browser-plugins/npwrapper.libflashplayer.so
(The last line differs from the web page on above.)
Don't forget to edit your KDE menus to add the "--enable-plugins" bit.
repository already has this setting "--enabled-plugins" in it's menu entry.
