You need to use zypper patch to apply "patches".

We released in the last 7 days:

ghostscript-library
preload
cups
emacs
MyODBC-unixODBC
yast2-irda
expat
MozillaThunderbird

I guess at least cups and expat should be on every system.

$ rpm -q --changelog expat|head
* Fri Dec 04 2009 prusnak@xxxxxxx
- fix DoS (CVE-2009-3560.patch) [bnc#558892]
