I just notice for an other thread than
ls -l /dev/disk/by-*
give most of the relevant info...
and grub (on the running system), then kernel ( <TAB>:
grub> kernel (hd0,
Possible partitions are:
Partition num: 0, Filesystem type unknown, partition type 0xc
Partition num: 4, Filesystem type unknown, partition type 0x82
Partition num: 5, Filesystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83
Pa
try this on the actuzal system and on the rescue one and you should
see what happen
