Ummm, but what exactly is the 'example' at the above URL supposed to do/not to do to show that Java applets are not working at your end?

Here Firefox is showing a box with "Click here to download the plugin". Konqueror says "Sorry, your browser doesn't support Java(tm)."
Looks like the whole Java runtime environment is not accessible for the browsers.
I rather doubt it.
What can I do?
