Is there really no open source alternative to PDF files? Maybe whatever the
heck Scribus uses? Or at least .war files (tarred web pages as saved by
Konqueror)? Sure, these are KDE... but I don't use Gnome. Maybe TeX files?
Help me out here, people.

By the way, do the current versions of the distro still come with an RPM of
HOWTO files? I don't even remember if my current 11.0 did.
