Hi list,
I can't seem to find...where to control the number of days to elapse between forced fsck's during boot. And possibly, how to disable if so desired?
I have an old note which states, in my shorthand :-) , "mkfs.ext3 /dev/sdd1; system will be checked every 20 mounts or 180 days; use tune2fs -c or -i to override".
Hope this provides the right clue.

- indeed so. - Thank You!!
