Although I have no idea why twitterdeck as an Air app would be using kwallet, 
this is how to reset kwallet:

Run 'kwalletmanager' ("Wallet Management Tool" in the menu) and then Configure 
Wallet.. from the settings menu - the first item lets you reenable KWallet.
