Thank you, Bob.  So, now, from the development side, would it be fair to 
say that Bob's concern has been heard and that if there's a way to 
improve the usability for this particular feature, that can be a 
consideration as development continues?

And along those same lines, where should Bob report the issue so it can 
be tracked?  Bugzilla?  OpenFATE?
