Yesterday, someone pointed to the fact that a printer config now exists in the KDE Control Panel. Well, in my openSuSE 11.0 install with KDE 4.3.1 current through yesterdays updates -- There is *NO* printer control panel. Nada. See:
(63k) http://www.3111skyline.com/download/openSUSE_bugs/kde4/screenshots/kdecontro... center.jpg
Now I know that a printer config control center module *does* in fact exist because when I boot my Arch Linux install I have the printer control module, but not in openSuSE.
What file do I need to confirm is present? What else to check? Thanks.
It is there, see: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/~pat/snapshot2.jpg but requires root permission.
