Hi list,
- broke my bank access. Sigh..
- I was on 1.6.0_update15 which I downloaded from SUN a few weeks ago. This worked fine.
This is the output of update-alternatives:
update-alternatives --config java
There are 3 alternatives which provide `java'.
Selection Alternative ----------------------------------------------- + 1 /usr/lib/jvm/jre-1.6.0-openjdk/bin/java 2 /usr/lib/jvm/jre-1.5.0-gcj/bin/java * 3 /usr/lib/jvm/jre-1.6.0-sun/bin/java
None of these works with my bank. Now...how can i revert to the JRE that I had installed just yesterday?
It would be nice to know what package triggers an installation of openjdk, because all JVM should be equivalent in openSUSE (that means no Java package forces you to use a current one). Can you publish your zypper logs? BTW: zypper addlock java-1_6_0-openjdk will prevent you from installing of openjdk in future. Regards Michal Vyskocil
