Ah, OK, but I think the principle would be same: use YasT to deselect/remove xen. One thing I would do, though, is to make a copy of menu.lst in /boot/grub.
Correct, use the package management system to remove the unwanted kernel. That would be the best way to clean it up - otherwise the next XEN kernel update will get pushed down as well, because the package manager believes it's installed.
