Listmates, Be aware, fish:// is still broken. If you leave a document open, the connection times out with document open. The initial connection problem appears fixed, but the remainder of this bug is NOT fixed. Specifically, after a text file has been open for 15-30 minutes using the fish:// protocol to access the file on another box on the LAN, additional attempts to save the document result in the same "Connection Broken" message that was received originally.
