Amarok 1.4 seems to play music but there is no sound.  system sounds

Any suggestions?  this stuff worked until I put 4.3 in next to 3.5

Make sure amarok is using the right sound in settings.  I don't remember
where that is, I'm using Amarok 2, but It is probably under settngs -->
configure amarok

First make sure you have the needed lib files libgpod4 IIRC then for me I also
have to mount the Ipod as a storage device then it shows up in Amarok2 ready
to accept songs.
