Hi, on my openSUSE 10.3 I upgraded to Firefox 3.0.13 in preference to
3.5.x by simply selecting it under the Versions tab in the right-hand
lower pane in YaST.
In YaST, select a repo in the left column, select Firefox in the top
right pane, and look down across the tabs in the lower right pane -
Description, Technical Data, Dependencies, etc., and select Versions.
Click the radio button for the version you want.
YaST complained about dependencies to me but up/downgrading of related
Mozilla apps solved it. There is also a legacy Mozilla repo for openSUSE
10.3 - a search here will find it: http://packages.opensuse-community.org/.
Hope this helps, M.R.

But I don't see a similar option on my 10.3 install. Is there a way to
do this on 10.3. I'm running KDE 3.5 using yast2.
No, there is no repository priority functionality in openSUSE 10.3
