Kernels get checked in today and will hopefully be on the -test update channels later tonight.
what is the deal with this "-test update channel"? dont think i have used it before. any docu/webpage on it? thanks.
The test channels gets all updates as soon as we check them in, without QA. Some updates might be broken (which we notice after checkin occasionaly) and get removed again by us. So you should not use unless you can recover from a deinstalled kernel or deinstalled package manager stack or so ;) (as in "USE AT OWN RISK") The repo urls for 10.3-11.1 are: http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.1-test/ http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.0-test/ http://download.opensuse.org/update/10.3-test/ (add them additional to the regular update channel). If you find bugs in them, immediately open a bugreport, "Update Problems" and cc meissner@novell.com,maint-coord@suse.de (mail to the above is possibkle too) Ciao, Marcus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
