Why not use 'ssh -Y'? That is all I use at the office. ------Original Message------ From: Zhang Weiwu To: ?????opensuse list Subject: [opensuse] how to enable xdmcp? Sent: Jul 19, 2009 19:19 Hello. I used to enable xdmcp because in my home office sometimes I access the host from other room and couldn't do this since I use opensuse 11.1 Problem being there seems to be no gdmsetup. It is not in /usr/sbin/gdmsetup and nor in /opt/gnome.../gdmsetup as it used to be. Did OpenSUSE 11.1 removed gdmsetup? How can I allow remote login then? P.S. I prefer not to use vnc because it feels slower. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
