We'v been test driving one box with openSUSE 11.0 on an i7 920 since
around 1 June.  The only issue I've seen is in the /proc/cpuinfo
display :

processor       : 7
vendor_id       : GenuineIntel
cpu family      : 6
model           : 26
model name      : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU  920  @ 2.67GHz
stepping        : 5
cpu MHz         : 1600.000
cache size      : 8192 KB
physical id     : 0

I can't quite figure out why the cpu MHZ is quoted as 1600 when it's
otherwise a 2.67GHz cpu.

I think it is power-saving feature. When there are no heavy apps
running CPU is working at 1.6 GHz, but when u launch some heavy apps,
it goes full speed at 2.66 GHz.
