I guess it's hard for you to understand exactly what you said, and how 
you said it. He had a problem, he was looking for help in the solution. 
You come in and state that if he doesn't know what he is doing that he 
should stick with the DVD. Then you get even more sarcastic when he 
calls you on it. And as I said, you have obviously NEVER had a problem 
with something that you couldn't fix. Wow. That's amazing. You've never 
asked for help. You must either stick with the stock installation, or 
are so well versed that nothing is beyond you.
