[opensuse] kde4 - howto turn off annoying prompt to "Add as Text" or "Add as Attachment" when pasting into kmail?

Guys, Linda:
Where is the switch to tell kmail just to paste text into the message
instead
of asking whether to paste it as an attachment. Quite annoying really. What's
the trick?
As soon as you try to middle-mouse paste into an email message, you get
a
small context menu like this:

| |
|Add as Attachment |
+------------------+
Anybody found it yet?
OOPS - And the one that prompts you for an attachment just in case you happen
to mention attachment in your message. That one is really annoying too.
