Well... "No news is good news" is an English aphorism. Your English is 
so good I tend to assume you know it as well as a native speaker.

I've always loved that particular aphorism, partly 'cause of its strong 
ambiguity:

- There is no news that is good news.
- The absence of news is itself good news.
