It doesn't in mine either, but perhaps that's just semantical nitpicking. Let's phrase it another way. Does this amount of what you call abuse constitute a problem? If so, what problem exactly? I mean really? Some perspective is in order here. The examples were so few that I don't even have to care what the content was to say there is no problem here where the fix isn't worse than the problem. But, if as John says any of those messages the content was relevant, then those few messages are the very definition of why they are allowed in the first place.
