That is quite out of the hand of KDE, sorry. But if you link to where
you get your KDE 3 themes from, I will take a look and see what I can
recommend.

Both seem to work fine for me. I do remember having problems with
kcolorchooser at one point, but now it works fine (at least, the
eyedropper works, which is all that I use it for).
