I have now tested the update on 11.0 as well, and there is no "kde4-ishness" 
in konqueror in 3.5.10. The only issue I saw was a dependency issue that 
forced me to uninstall digikam, but that was it.

So without more info, I'm forced to conclude CLOSED/INVALID
