I just saw that mhash is disabled in the spec file for php5 if SUSE version is 11.0 or higher. Simple question, does it do any harm?
No, it doesnt, but when you have to support a product for several years, you sometimes have to disable stuff that you know it is unsupported or that active development has ceased.
Thanks Cristian, I didn't expect it to be "harmful" either really, but I thought I'd ask before starting a build of the latest PHP with mhash enabled. Anders. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
