If a tool is out of the question, then a WIKI entry and reference to
it from the dialog window asking the user to perform the reconfig is a
minimal feature that should be done.
In the case of user that has no additional computers, that is catch 22.
Not good.
Disagree. The instructions are to abort your upgrade and boot back in
to the non-upgraded OS. Once you do that you can access a wiki entry.
So the only issue is that it requires Internet access to read the
wiki.
Even if the machine being upgraded is not on the Internet, I think it
is reasonable to expect that a person has Internet access in some way.
