Same here. I set the language to English, and it keeps getting set back to Swedish as my IP address is from Sweden. I thought it was something in my firefox directory. Maybe not...
It is not deleted cookies or deleting private data. My history is still there.
Yes, I also get the Spanish interface, regardless of typing google.com or .es. However, what I did was select the traditional interface, and there click on go to "Google.com in English".
