I have zypp-refresh.lr , but as said there is no
/var/log/zypp-refresh.log . I guess they removed it in 11.1.

I do not think so, since on my 11.1 installation, there is /var/log/zypp-
refresh.log (and /etc/logrotate.d/zypp-refresh.lr).
