workaround:
sudo mkdir /opt/kde3/share/applnk/apps
sudo ln -s /opt/kde3/share/applnk/System/ScreenSavers
/opt/kde3/share/applnk/apps/ScreenSavers

i'm using opensuse11.1, x64, default kde3.5
