does somebody know here how is the debugging done? Is only the ubuntu

Ubuntu, like many Distros writes very little of the code it ships.
It probably only debugs what it writes. If filters bugs back to
the developers, including Debian.

Ubuntu is one of the largest Debian supporters in terms
of money and equipment.
