What do I need to change to prevent that and be able to choose to
start Windows instead of resuming suse?
Disable the script "/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/99Zgrub", but you must be
aware of the dangers if you mount any filesystem that was already
mounted by the other OS.
