[opensuse] Unlock keyring for Remote Desktop

Hi,
Whenever I want to use Remote Desktop for the first time after a
system bootup, there is a pop up asking for the password to unlock the
keyring to verify the vnc password. Hence, everytime I need to
physically go to the machine and give it the password before I can
view the desktop remotely. How do I disable this popup and allow
direct remote access?
